Return Period:
Returns can be made no later than one week (7 days) after
the product is received by the buyer.
Return Shipping Costs:
The shipping cost for returns is borne by the buyer.
Product Condition:
Returned items must be in good condition, not damaged, and
in the same condition as received.
Return Options:
Shipping of Replacement Products:
For new replacement products, the shipping cost is covered by Greencraft Creations Bali.
Return Procedures:
To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer
care team via WhatsApp or email for further instructions and the return
address.
Customers must include proof of purchase and the reason for
the return in the return package.
Refund:
Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected by our team.
Refunds will be made through the same payment method used
for the purchase, within 7-14 business days after the item is received.
Lost or Damaged Items During Shipping:
Items lost or damaged during shipping are not the
responsibility of Greencraft Creations Bali.
Non-Returnable Items:

For special order or pre-order products, returns are not applicable unless there is damage or an error in the received product.
